My experience here was mixed. I think it really depends on the technician, there are probably at least 20 different technicians here on any given day. I got a regular pedi and gel mani. Pedicure - 6/10 complementary massage was nice but uneven from left to right leg. I can see the unevenness in polish strokes in certain lighting, and there’s a super small bubble on one toe, but not really noticeable from eye level. Manicure - 3/10 it’s now been 4 days since I got them done, and the edges where the gel polish pooled at my cuticles is starting to peel up. The lady who did my nails filed one finger so aggressively that there was a cut, and when I flinched she continued filing anyway. When I went back later to get some nails redone, the second lady noticed the cut and apologized. The manicure overall is not smooth (maybe too many layers of polish?) plus the cuticles peeling is not good. I went back to get two nails redone because it was lumpy and one nail even had something hard/pokey in the polish. Kudos for redoing the nails quickly and better! Really appreciated the second lady for being accommodating and nice - added one star for that. I would not go back to this nail salon. I suspect that some technicians are better than others, but my experience going in blind was not good.

Great work! I've just returned to ProfessiNAIL for my second power dip with Holly. The first one lasted 5 WEEKS! Her process is great, she listens and cares about getting your nails done just the way you want them. They have a million colors to choose from. The salon is clean and everyone is really friendly & accommodating.

I get my nails done here every three weeks with Vy! She always takes her time and makes sure I look amazing. I always leave happy and obsessed with my nails! Also special shout-out to LINH, she’s always making me laugh and helping me feel confident. I love this salon soooo much.

This place is very professional. The staff is very friendly. Vy and linh are super detailed with my pedicure and manicure. They are so careful how I feel about my nail. Really appreciate it. Highly recommend this place and I’ll be back again.

Always a great Pedi! Short wait, professional and friendly staff. I've been going here for years, with visits to other nail salons here and there. I go every 3-4 weeks for a refresh and my Pedi always lasts. Ask for Yen, she's the best!

I love this nail salon. My mom and I have been coming for years. Our nails always look great. They're super patient and careful with my [overly] sensitive mom. They can always get us in when we call. They're fast. They're kind. 5 stars.
